Good morning EC family! We wanted to send you a quick message to let you know that we understand there is a lot of fear and uncertainty in our worlds right now, and we at Empowered Connections are devoted to making sure our services run smoothly and efficiently for you.
This may mean that we need to jump on video sessions for your next few appointments depending on how the pandemic affects the Southern Maryland area in the coming weeks, but we will keep you informed. Please note that all office policies still apply such as our late cancellation policy, etc. and that you will be getting the usual text/email appointment reminders and electronic communications as before. We are offering video sessions to all new clients as well so no need to go through this without extra support.
EC has been moving towards a strong online presence for the last few years so we are well-prepared and educated on how this will work.
We feel strongly that having your session in the comfort and safety of your own home with us, will go a long way in decreasing your anxiety and worry over time. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we increase the ways which we can support you and love up on you! We got you!
